What is The FitzMethod?

The FitzMethod is a modern Pilates-based movement method that blends strength, flow, and mindfulness to build a strong, balanced, and resilient body—without burnout.

No experience needed. Classes are designed for all levels with clear guidance and optional progressions.

Your membership includes Pilates Mat Flow, Barre Sculpt, and Mindful Strength classes, plus guided programs and new weekly content.

We recommend 3–5 times per week, but even 2 sessions weekly can create noticeable results with consistency.
